WIT-X

Our most popular class! WIT-X combines weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight moves in high-energy, varied workouts for all fitness levels. New participants must complete 3 Intro Classes to learn proper form and techniques.

Quick Fit

This is a condensed, high-intensity workout in just 30–45 minutes. This class is designed to fit in effective training in a short time frame while keeping each day focused on specific fitness elements.

Performance Training

Enhance speed, strength, and endurance with tailored performance-focused training.

KB FIT

A dynamic 45-minute class combining kettlebell, dumbbell, and slam ball exercises to build strength, endurance, and functional movement. Includes core work and mobility for flexibility and recovery, leaving you balanced, strong, and ready for more.
